2020 CCBA ANNUAL
BEEKEEPING CONFERENCE


 
This annual conference will be held on:
Saturday, March 14, 2020 at the Merion Science Center of West Chester University

The Conference will consist of concurrent tracks for "New Bees", "Intermediate" & "Advanced" beekeeping, a vendor area with several dealers offering beekeeping equipment and supplies, nucleus colonies, beekeeping apparel, books and gifts.

Conference keynote speakers include:

Deborah Klughers
Les Crowder

Doors will open for Registration/Check-In, coffee and danish at 8:00am, with speaker presentations beginning at 9:00am.   A hot buffet lunch and mid-afternoon beverages and light snacks are also included with Conference registration.

Tickets

Advanced purchased tickets are: $65 for CCBA Members; $75 for Non-Members, and; $40 for Students.
Walk-In (day of the event) prices are:  $75 for CCBA Members; $85 for Non-Members, and; $40 for Students.

Ticket sales by track type are limited due to classroom capacities.

Anyone who registers in advance will be prompted to pay by credit card via our secure site.

If you wish to pay by check, click Here to print out an Advance Registration Form. Mail your completed form along with your check no later than March 7, 2020. (Mailing address is located on the form)

First year dues are $20 with annual renewals of $15.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
NO ONE UNDER 18 WILL BE ADMITTED unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Individuals purchasing a Student Ticket will be required to show a currently valid Student ID at the Registration Desk.

If I register in advance do I need to check in on arrival?
Yes, All attendees must first stop at the Registration Desk to pick up their Name Badge, Conference Program & Schedule, Room Assignment, Door Prize Ticket & Rules.
